When I join any MTA:SA server, my mouse becomes frozen and unresponsive. I cannot move it or interact with the interface. Even after restarting the game or my PC, the issue persists. It happens every time I try to join a server. The rest of the system seems to work normally, but the mouse input within MTA stops functioning entirely.
Steps to reproduce
1. Launch MTA: San Andreas.
2. From the main menu, join any public multiplayer server.
3. Wait for the game to load and spawn.
4. Try to move the mouse — notice that it is frozen and unresponsive.
Version
MTA v1.6-release-23196
Additional context

One thing I've noticed a lot in reports about this issue, is that usually the CEGUI screen to approve/decline domains for CEF is active. Perhaps an issue with this interface, or CEGUI as a whole?
Issue appears to be related to the CPU affinity setting. This seems to be resolving the issue for users. I don't yet know whether it's a matter of enabling or disabling it though. @ninistah Would be great if you could pitch in on this.

Got confirmation that enabling the setting fixes it.

Unfortunately, this didn’t fix the issue for some players, and most of them already had the CPU affinity setting enabled.
