as debian 11 is not working with newest stable mta sa linux verison
debian 12 comes with OPEN SSL 3 and libssl.so.1.1 is not installed on it by deafult

Steps to reproduce

Install lastest nightly version linux x64
use dbConnect function

Debian 12 , x64-1.6.0-rc-23214
