Win 11 I3DL2 Reverb bass error

Describe the bug

Some parameters or even the entire I3DL2 Reverb might not be working on win 11
Bass error was mainly given using the roomHF parameter
(I can not test it further as Im not on a win 11 setup)

Steps to reproduce

1. Use setSoundEffectEnabled
2. Use setSoundEffectParameter
3. See debug with BASS error 5
