Currently we can do almost everything you'd regularily need when writing via hotkeys, except for adding dynamics.
I think they (ppp, pp, p, mp, mf, ff, fff) should at least appear in the hotkeys menu, so that we can assign hotkeys to them (even if they aren't assigned in the default keymap).
