Toggling repeat/jump courtesy styles causes extra courtesies to get added when there's a system break at a D.C.

Description with steps to reproduce

Not sure if there are other ways to make this happen, but:

1. Add a D.C. to a measure

2. Place a key signature change in the measure after the D.C.

3. Add a system break right before the key signature change

   • There will be two separate courtesies, one before and one after the barline (unexpected)
     

4. Open Style > Clefs, key, and time signatures, and in the "Clefs...at repeats and jumps" section under courtesies, click any of the toggles or checkboxes

5. See that extra courtesy key signatures get added on every click
