Crash when closing/opening undocked 'Piano keyboard' with shortcut

Crash seems more likely in scores with more instruments (i.e. Symphony orchestra template)

1. Make sure not other bottom-docked panels are open (i.e. Mixer)
2. Open the Piano panel with shortcut P
3. Drag to undock it
4. Press P repeatedly. Crash.

Not a nightly regression, happens at least in 4.4.4 too. Not sure if it goes back all the way to 4.0, but it was certainly buggy then too (see video below).

Also strange: The panel decreases in size every time you open/close it. Sometimes it becomes nearly nonexistent without crashing (shown below, related to #10019)
