1-line stave barline missing the lower half if spanning to a hidden stave

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a score with multiple 1-line stave instruments (e.g., wood blocks), make sure the barlines span to the next staves.
2. Hide the bottom instruments in the Instruments panel.
3. Note that the lower halves of the barlines are missing from the visible stave at the bottom.

Already existed in MuseScore 3.x, also noticeable in one of the release videos:

Also notice that the dashed and dotted barlines can appear overlapped if spacing changes.

Main issue is simple fix (already done in my local build).

Next commits will be overlapping and similar.

Or if You prefer for now (4.5) just "missing lower half of barline", I can PR it, and others than in separate PR.
