It is unclear to me how to reproduce this, as it seems to be largely random which bends are played, and which are not. I will add a mostly untouched score because this playback seems to be very sensitive to editing, and simply point the bar which the bends aren't played.
It happens on bar 16, and randomly in the other repetitions of the same section, on bars 20 and 24 with one of the two bends, even though the parts are copied and pasted from the first repetition. Which note is missing is consistent during different playbacks (i.e. bars 16 and 20 are always missing the first bend, bar 24 is always missing the second bend, and bar 28 is never missing any), but random throughout bars that should sound the same.

Additional context
This might be related to this comment I made on this issue
I found an issue that might be related to this. When using soundfonts and sliding into a note on a repeat, the second repeat doesn't play the slide or the note.
Wondering if I should open another issue or if this goes here.
EDIT: It seems to be an inconsistent problem? I tried making a small example file, but some notes changed if they would play or not as I deleted some bars before the bar in question, I decided to make a video then
This is playing back through the "funk guitar", which is being processed by a sound vst afterwords. The playback is bugged regardless of the vst processing.
Though I experienced it with bends without the repeat, and slides only with the repeat, but the inconsistency with seemingly unrelated edits makes me think they might be related.
