When setting up mutagen to synchronize files on a mounted share folder (e.g., SMB protocol, chmod won't take any effects), I would get a lot of conflict errors due to differences in executable file mode, and currently I couldn't make mutagen to ignore such conflicts.

Similar to git, we can set core.fileMode to avoid this, but not mutagen.
