[enhancement] Changes to xtra filtering for movie selection

Change xtra tags to allow for AND, OR and NOT specifications
Add ability to filter by duration range
Modify function to get list of matching entries and randomly select from array
Extend xtra filtering to a potential "random episode of random series" function
