[Fix] Change end time from rounded to precise #3

Issue
Due to a rounding of the end time on scheduled shows and movies, many items stop playback and cut of the ends of episodes.

Expected Behavior
The shows and movies wouldn't get cut off before the end of the file.

Fix
Remove the rounding from the end time and allow the end time to be recorded accurately to the second.
