No Action Required after Response button

Bug Description

Hi,

I'm doing a simple workflow of sending an Email through Gmail and waiting for the response.
However when I click on Respond I receive the message "No action required". I tried with ALL the options, free text, approval.

Please let me know if I'm setting something Wrong or missusing this tool.

To Reproduce

1. I ask for a question that's not into GSheets
2. Bot sends an email and waits for response
3. Not action required after clicking Respond button

Expected behavior

I expect to show me the Field to complete my Free Text
