Support NestJs v11

NestJs v11 was released a couple of days ago. We'd love to upgrade but currently automapper only supports nestjs ≥7, ≤10.

In the meantime we explicitly override the dependency in the package.json like this:

    "overrides": {
        "@automapper/classes": {
            "reflect-metadata": "^0.2.2"
        },
        "@automapper/nestjs": {
            "@nestjs/common": "^11.0.0",
            "@nestjs/core": "^11.0.0"

}
