ENH: install (almost) all demo nodebook dependencies #15

It would be great to install all requirements*txt files into one or two base kernels that we instruct users to use. So far these requirements are mutually compatible and, with the exception of tractor, super easy to install.

I think they are available in the dev image, the there a specific package that is missing, please add it here.
