Description

Add notice_type usage suggestion to unified schema documentation with a mission-specific ENUM

Acceptance criteria

  • updated documentation
  • schema consistency between existing and onboarding producers

We can't suggest alert_type, as it has degeneracy with alert schema: https://github.com/nasa-gcn/gcn-schema/blob/main/gcn/notices/core/Alert.schema.json
