Support for named pipes on Windows #103

@saep

Description

@saep

Neovim uses named pipes by default to create a listen socket on windows. On Linux, a unix domain socket is used. However, I couldn't find a library that can create a Handle or Socket from a named pipe, so for now, when you try to connect to a named pipe nvim-hs, it will crash.

The best fix is probably to add the support for named pipes upstream in the network package or similar and then use that here.
