Doesn't work in either Windows Terminal or CMD.
Also tried install it manually.

Sorry for the wait, I have been busy
seems to be an issue with Chinese locale, and that is not something I can easily fix (see #12)
Would it be possible to update to 24H2 and let me know if it works? If the issue is the same in the most recent version of Windows 11 I can see what I can do to fix this in the next release, but from my testing on 24H2 I was unable to reproduce it.

Thanks for checking it ! But i don't think i want to update Windows 11 to the latest version.And i can't get my PC right now.But you can use a virtual machine in Windows 11 23H2 with Chinese and add some Chinese Character to the Computer name.I suppose this might could reproduce it :D.
