I need to think about this more carefully.

  • The resample option won't be needed in future due to data already being at 1kHz
  • How are we going to cope with trials which cross chunk boundaries?
  • How are we going to cope with edge artefacts when filtering the whole chunk?

Overlapping chunks? Could get complicated to keep track of things though :(

Thinking about this, for the VR-OPM study we should probably aim to "chunk" in the middle of a walking segment, which is less likely to be analysed. This would require the function to have separate inputs for chunk points.
