Covering how to build electrophysiology pipelines with SpikeInterface
This repository contains:
main_example.py - the full pipeline we will work through in the course, along with all 'extra things to try' sections
kilosort_example.py - the script run in the kilosort demo on the cluster
refactored_code/refactored_main.py - an example of the main_example.py after refactoring
refactored_code/myproject_pipeline_functions.py - the module with the factored out functions
example_data/rawdata - the raw data used in our example pipeline.
