Project Title:
Benchmark dataset curation

Project Description:
Nobrainer-zoo is a toolbox with a collection of deep learning neuroimaging models that ease the use of pre-trained models for various applications. This project includes

  • Curation a diverse neuroimaging dataset from publicly available data (such as Openeuro) in the form of a CSV file
  • Expansion- create a script to write the selected data filtered based on metadata (age, gender) into the form of a tfrecord.
