Start loading additional envelopes earlier

When you scroll the envelope list and reach the end, it takes some time to load more envelopes. Loading seems to start only when the scroll position is at the end.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, loading more envelopes should start a bit sooner so that additional ones are already available once the user reaches the bottom of the envelope list.
