⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️

Bug description

I have tested this issue, and is only found when using MOBILE PHONE BROWSERS. I have tested this on browsers on a TABLET and not got the same issue. Also, there are no issues with the web browser on Windows 11 PC.

When going to the dashboard while on the mobile phone, via safari, chrome, edge or firefox the dashboard page reloads 2-3 times then provides these errors.

Because you mention Safari, I guess your mobile phone is a IPhone?
Then it makes no difference which browser you use because all browsers are forced to use Safari backend on IPhone (except you are in the EU then you are lucky that the DMA forces Apple to allow 3rdparty browser engines but IIRC no browser does this yet on IOS).

Nevertheless if that's true, which iOS version do you have installed?

Also does it work if you disable some of your dashboard widgets?

I am using v18.3.1 on my work phone. But I have another phone on iOS 18.4, and I have the same issue on that.

All my staff are on vaired iOS versions, and all have the same problem as I stated, though no issues on the iPad browser.

I think I have found the problem; every time I go over 14 active widgets, the error appears. Just to confirm I have tried multiple other widgets from a number of different apps. Every time I hit over 14 active widgets, the page will not load.

Every time I hit over 14 active widgets, the page will not load.

So it is triggered by the number of widgets or do you enable one special widget as number 14 that fails it?
Meaning is it related to one specific widget or just the number matters but not the widgets.
