dependabot is flailing with the eslint family of dependencies

A bunch of eslint-related libraries all want to keep the same version, but dependabot doesn't understand that and has a collection of broken PRs:

• chore(deps-dev): bump eslint from 8.57.1 to 9.20.1 in /examples/ref-browser #349
• chore(deps-dev): bump @typescript-eslint/parser from 7.18.0 to 8.24.1 in /examples/ref-browser #354
• chore(deps-dev): bump @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin from 7.17.0 to 8.24.1 in /examples/ref-browser #355

Get these updated and see if you can get these grouped in the dependabot config somehow.
