Docs: `genId()` is confusing #364

The docs mention genId() in multiple places which signaled to me that is something the library provides.
Examples

However, the docs don't go into any details on genId.

Searching the code https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Anick-keller%2Freact-datasheet-grid%20genId&type=code it looks like genId is a helper I should write myself.

Suggestion:

Update the docs to clarify that this is something I need to handle myself. Especially on the https://react-datasheet-grid.netlify.app/docs/examples/unique-ids/ page.
