API endpoint to get emotes editors in a channel

1. I would like my bot to allow the current emotes editors on the channel to manage BTTV emotes via chat (I already do this with 7TV)

2. I am making a platform that shows your roles in different channels (moderator, vip, artist) and I would like to add the role of emotes editor

In both cases I need to obtain the editors of emotes in a channel, data that is currently not publicly available (e.g. 7TV does offer this information)

NOTE: Currently this information can only be obtained from the channel account, requires authorization and is not publicly accessible
