[Suggestion] Allow AAPS client to send command sms from calculator

I think that followers that use AAPS client should be able to use the calculator and if the results are a bolus, a confirmation dialog box with a field for the PIN and OTP should appear and AAPS client should send the command sms by itself, instead of using the regular sms app.
This approach would be much friendlier while keeping the security feature of OTP+PIN.
