To begin my Good Website/Bad Website journey, I Googled the names of objects on my desk as well as any brands or company names that caught my eye.
The First Culprit is

The Markerboard People

The branding of this business breaks a lot of principles of web design and is therefore an example of a really bad website.

  • Poor navigation: The purpose of the website is to transact with potential customers. However, the layout is messy and far too busy to make sense to users. The page hierarchy is not logical: the top section has two "buttons" that are already highlighted and the actual order of the website's sections confuses me (i.e. why is the search button a) not a search box and b) located on the far right-hand side of the page?)
In the first image below, nothing in the frame is clickable!

Dear @nikolaswise, May I please have access? This is my official request to you, Repository Owner, to add me as a collaborator so I can access the labels to filter my examples as good or bad.
