Describe the bug
The bot appears to at times award experience multiple times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
This was the command used and list used to get this bug:
!add 75 saucy_k0k, tqe_e, JusticeTortoise, Glomerification, jvstinq, TicTokTrex, deadclique, hero22688, nightwolf1461, thevalrei, firedragonz123, addecookie, vernlix, lilithagnes2004, bomb5432xoo, 666xXDiablo666Xx666

  1. Take a mass list of people
  2. Add experience to them
  3. Hope to get lucky
  4. See the results

Expected behavior
It is expected that users should only be given experience once.
