Svelte Noob

Hello! First off, this is a template that I have been looking for the start of a website for my fantasy league, so thank you!

Second, I am having troubles getting an error for "Unexpected character '@'" and "Unexpected token" and it is referencing many .svelte files that are included in the node_modules directory. More specifically in the @smui module. I thought I have installed all that is needed, but not sure if maybe I am missing something in my local set up.
