Add translate to docs

I propose to add a translation system for NodeJS documentation.
Could we do something like nodejs.org?

What I mean is that there is no translation system.

But on nodejs documentation there is no translation system.

I wasn't trying to suggest that you should become a member or that the link I provided solved your problem or answered your question. I just meant that it contains relevant information to any discussion about this stuff. I should have made that more clear. ("Ref:" is a shorthand we use for that in the Node.js core repository. That's probably not a convention that is in wider use, though. Sorry again!)
