Everyone should feel free to research/find additional sources of data and discuss and link in doc.

Every now and then I've been contributing some research on this as I think about the context around integrating the data with the model. The sources section is most coherent, while the considerations sections are just thoughts/solutions I thought were important enough to write down. Don't strictly need to review right now, but we could go through it at a future meeting.
