Add Maskable icons

Add maskable icons to the web app manifest.

This would make icons on Android home screens look way better.

Thanks for your interest, but to be honest, I'm not really maintaining this project anymore. At this point your best bet may be to fork and deploy to another domain.

I am looking to improve open source PWAs but I don't know enough about Pokémon to be a good maintainer for a project like this
