MacOS on M2 with 14.7.2 fails to load on launch

gpt4all not loading on macos 14.7.2 on silicon mac M2 after the latest update version - from installer.dat is

Steps to Reproduce

1. download dmg and update
2. write over previous version when prompted by the maintenance app
3. try to launcg with launchpad or spotlght nothing launches but...
4. whn launching from Terminal we get
