Description

After the main webapp is polished up and a desktop build is available, a CLI should be created which is installable via NPM. Ideally should reuse all the supporting packages and target a .sim.svelte file using its parent directory as a root project workspace.

Should be simple enough to wire up Playwright to render the iframe workers.
