egs_view crashes using egs_chamber example #1269

Describe the bug

egs_view seg-faults for the example egs_chamber/example2_chamber_dd.egsinp when changing the simulation geometry to dose_0.4cm, dose_0.6cm, etc. Apparently it worked fine using egs_view from v2023.
