Is it possible to have the summary pane open across multiple tabs?

I'm unable to keep the summary pane open in multiple tabs at the same time. For instance, I will:

• Open the test file, run ,ts (my shortcut for summary.toggle()) to open the summary. I run all tests and the summary looks good.
• I open up the module being tested in a new tab and run ,ts again.
  • This appears to do nothing, but it's actually closing the summary pane back on the test file
  • I run ,ts a third time, and the summary pane opens.
  • I go back to the test file, the summary is closed.

How can I get the summary to persist across tabs? This can either mean:

• Choosing which tabs I want to have the summary open in
• Having it stay open across all tabs until i toggle it closed again
