Backspace deletion is not tracked in Firefox 65.0.1

Hi,
We are using TinyMCE 4.1.2. When we try to delete a block of text using the backspace key in Firefox 65.0.1 (64-bit), the delete is not tracked. To repeat it try deleting the text

1. The backspace key deletes the text but does not track changes. You could see this behavior in Firefox 65.0.1 (64-bit), it works as expected on Chrome though

2. In Firefox 65.0.1, I can replicate this using your demo page: http://nytimes.github.io/ice/demo/

I recently forked the project and released a new version which fixes this issue and some others.

Note that I only tested it with tinymce 4.9.3
