Support for IOT

Hello,
As we all now iot has arrived,
There are plenty of wifi-connected things avaible into the market,
open80211s is first and (last) open source implementation of the protocol 802.11s,
Well can we use this library features for iot environment example in arduino environment
wifi mesh is most needed in iot than any other thing.So we are going to develope it for arduino.Can anyone suggest us how or help us to develope along with us?

Arduino Yun already have 802.11s support since it is running OpenWRT
