原因

  1. 本地全局的taro-cli版本和项目package.json中所用的taro版本不一致。

解决方案

  1. taro-cli， 及项目中的taro都升级到最新版本
本地任意目录
taro update self

项目taro-demo/client目录
taro update project

此问题解决后，还是会报其他错误，但是应该都是代码层面的，慢慢来解决
