Add amount prop to staking.ReclaimEscrow transaction

Oasis Scan v1 is going to be deprecated and we started switching to new Wallet backends. Nexus API in Wallet works quite nice. One issue is missing amount prop for staking.ReclaimEscrow method types. Product would like to keep amount in Wallet. Currently, only shares prop is available in API, but shares concept is not clear for Wallet users.

Can we add amount prop that represents shares estimation so API is more inline with other APIs we are using?
