Missing/incorrect dependencies #7

Hi,

It seems like some dependencies are missing/incorrect on this project:

xraylib
pylab
oasys_srw (could be optional ?)
scipy<=1.13.1 (last version to support from from scipy.integrate import cumtrapz)

There is requirement on mpl_toolkits here:

xoppylib/xoppylib/srcalc/srcalc.py

Line 632 in 0dead9d

from mpl_toolkits.mplot3d import Axes3D

It seems like debug and not really needed in the requirement list.
