Is it possible to send as a request Video Capture Device Sources?

I want to make an application that sends to the server which runs OBS 29.0.0 (linux), Video Capture sources from a video camera that is on the client. Moreover, I was thinking of sending screen share captures from client to server, but I did not find any information if it is possible.
My question, is it possible to send them through this package if yes then how?
