second recording
2 files by 2 minutes

Current Behavior

first recording
2 files - 2 minutes
second recording
1 files - 4 minutes + broken audio + no timecodes

Steps to Reproduce

1. settings -> output -> | Recording Format: Hyrbid MP4 | Automatic File Splitting: Split by Time | Split Time: 2 min |
2. settings -> Hotkeys -> | Start Recording & Stop Recording: CTRL + F8
3. go to the scenes
4. press CTRL + F8
5. wait until obs create 2 - 3 files // normal work
6. press CTRL + F8
7. wait some time
8. press CTRL + F8 but now OBS will write only single file without timecodes and bug audio
9. press CTRL + F8

Anything else we should know?

The bug occurs if you do not restart obs after first recording
If you restart it, everything works as it should.
