for my docks to save their place

Current Behavior

When I reopen OBS as an administrator
My docks come out stretched, out of place, and missing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Close OBS on my Twitch Profile and Scene collection it looks like this > https://imgur.com/a/wm5LUGj
2. Reopen OBS as an administrator with a shortcut on my desktop
3. My docks come out stretched, out of place, and missing

I installed the JRDockie plugin after I was having the issue
