Implement Swagger

Even though swagger will be integrated within the REST Gateway, that is not a feature that we actually want to sell value from, since it just make sense to have builtin swagger integration due the nature of that module, we also provide REST features without the need of using the REST Gateway.

Therefore, we need to also integrate swagger for REST endpoints built using the open-source core framework.
