Web Connector shows JavaScript Unaviable #4070

I'm using Web Connector to connect with a file on Box, and the indexing was successful.

However, when I'm referring to the file to answer the questions, the information shows that JavaScript is currently disabled. So even if I have selected only this file to let the model answer my question, they would only say "JavaScript is currently disabled".

How should I solve this JavaScript problem?
