Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Over in the anax repo, there is an agent-install.sh README page that details all of installation flags. That page and details is not available in the Open Horizon Documentation website.

Modify the CopyDocs GitHub Action yaml file over in the anax repo to also copy the agent-install README.md page to the Docs repo.
