No PSR-17 stream factory found on production #512

I have same code, same sources, all same libs but on production I got error log message:
No PSR-17 stream factory found. Install a package from this list: https://packagist.org/providers/psr/http-factory-implementation

This will do the problem:
$ai = \OpenAI\OpenAI::client($api_key);
$ai->chat()->create([...]);

//at this line is problem:
$response = $this->transporter->requestObject($payload);

On local dev environment all working well.
Local dev is Win11 and production Linux.
