Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the plugin config there are several configuration options where you can define a setting, an info text or an explanation. This can be done in either English or German. The languages set/activated in ILIAS have no influence on these language options.

Describe the solution you'd like
For all config options where a setting, info text or an explanation can be defined, the text fields offered should depend on the languages that are set/activated in ILIAS.
