Why can I haven't access to all old courses I didn't sign up for?

Being declared as a staff user could be the reason why you can see all courses even those to which you didn't subscribe. Is it answering your question?

So my question is "Why only staff user can see all courses even those which didn't subscribe and not normal user on the website fun-mooc.fr?".
